We would rather be clear about this at the top than let it surface awkwardly later. Private security in the Gulf is a locally licensed activity, and the licence belongs to the operating company in-country, not to the recruiter. Sheikhu International does not hold guarding contracts, does not employ guards on your site, and does not present itself as a security services provider.
What we are is the licensed party at the other end of the chain: a BEOE-registered Overseas Employment Promoter in Pakistan, licence 3894 LHR, authorised to recruit and process workers for overseas employment through Pakistan's official emigration system. You hold the security licence and sponsor the personnel. We source, verify, document and deliver them.
You hold
- The local security licence
- Permit or quota approval
- Attested demand letter and contract
- Job specification, salary and roster
- Accommodation and transport
- Sponsorship of the personnel
We hold
- Sourcing and service verification
- Screening and background checks
- Trade and language assessment
- Medicals at approved centres
- Visa documentation and contract registration
- Protector of Emigrants clearance, travel and briefing
Costs and exclusions, timelines, replacement terms and who bears what are agreed in writing before the order starts, not after. Security companies, facility management groups, manpower supply companies, industrial operators and hospitality groups across the Gulf work with us on exactly this basis.
